Our story begins with Prafull Pitale, whose passion for travel, human connection, and destination discovery began in 2010. Working at top-tier companies like Travelguru, Thomas Cook, and MakeMyTrip, he learned the inner workings of the travel industry—both its strengths and its gaps.

While large corporations offered scale, they often lacked personalization. Prafull noticed how clients were often sold standard packages, not experiences. That realization sparked a vision: to build a travel brand that values trust over transaction, experience over itinerary, and people over profits.

In 2016, this vision gave birth to TripRoutes—a Mumbai-based travel solutions company designed to offer travelers the best of both worlds: big-agency professionalism with boutique-agency attention.
